I had the joy of working with Sheri in a cross-functional capacity as we both were members of the experiment council, a function that acted as mentors for marketers who run experiments, teaching them best practices and helping to instill a culture of testing.
During this time, the NPS of this group improved by 28%, moving the average of our viewers from 7 to 9′ out of 10. This essentially moved our NPS result from passive to promoter. Sheri was instrumental and invaluable in this progress.
